SARAVAH SOUL
Saravah Soul mixes Afro-Brazilian rhythms with funk and soul. The eight piece band, which is half Brazilian and half British was formed in July 2005 by Otto Nascarella and based in London. Since signing a record deal with Tru Thoughts in 2007, they have gone on to release their self-titled debut album (April 2008)and their first single Não Posso te levar à sério has received radio and DJ support including Gilles Peterson, Patrick Forge and Craig Charles. Band members are:
Otto Nascarella, Jack Yglesias, Marcelo Andrade, Kiris Houston, Matheus Nova, Chris Webster, Eduardo Marques and Graeme Flowers.
